1941 Funerals: MR. J. SMITH, CORNWALL The funeral of Mr. John Smith, Cornwall, took place on Saturday afternoon at the general cemetery, Gray. Mr. Smith was a respected resident of Cornwall. He leaves a widow. Rev. C. Cowling conducted the service at the Church of England, St. Marys, and afterwards at the graveside. Pallbearers were Messrs. W. and E. A. Haas, E. Nicholson and D. Madden. Chief mourners were Mr. A. Smith (brother), Mesdames B. Ford, C. Nolan (sisters), Mesdames D. Ford, H. Thompson, Messrs. D. Ford, B. Ford, C. Toombs, J. Toombs, Mr. and Mrs. W. Greaves, Miss R. Ford.
