OATES.—On the 13th June, at St. Levan House, Islington-street, Collingwood, Mr. William Oates, late of Tregeseal, St. Just, Cornwall, England, formerly captain in the Mountsbay Volunteer Infantry, in the eighty-eighth year of his age.
