NICHOLLS.—August 6, at his residence Rouse Hill, Sampson Nicholls, formerly of Truro, Cornwall, England, aged 66 years.
 
Transcriber's note: Rouse Hill, situated in the Hills District north-west of Castle Hill and Kellyville, was named after the estate of a free settler, Richard Rouse who was born in Oxford, England (1774-1852), who arrived in the colony in 1801.
