THE DEATH ROLL
MRS. THOMAS HOSKINGS
After a brief illness Mrs. Thomas Hoskings, a well known resident of
Sugar Notch, died at her home at 1:30 yesterday morning, aged 63 years.
Mrs. Hosking was born in St. Tossel, Cornwall, England in 1843, and came
to this country when quite young. For a number of years she resided at
Ashley, later removing to Sugar Notch, where she lived for several
years. She is survived by her husband and the following children: Thomas
J., of Seattle, Wash.; Albert, of Sugar Notch; Mrs. D. T. Jones, Annie,
Florence and Maud at home.
The funeral will take place at 2 o’clock tomorrow afternoon, with the
services at the M. E. church. Rev. Joshua Brundle and Rev. J. R. Wagner
will officiate. Interment in Ashley cemetery.
