The Owyhee Avalanche,
9 June 1894
(Idaho)
Came Back to Die
Weiser Signal:
Died, in Weiser, Idaho, Saturday, May 26, 1894, James Ennor, aged 33
years.
Jim began suffering with miners’ consumption last fall. He went to
California a few months ago and for a time was greatly improved in
health, but of late he began to go down, and though very weak he started
home and held out until he reached Weiser, last Friday. He reached home,
saw his brother Jack and died. Jim was born in Cornwall, England, on
April 8, 1861, and came to America in 1886. He is well known in Silver
City, where himself and brother were located until four years ago when
they came to Weiser and engaged in the livery business. Deceased was
buried under the auspices of the Weiser I. O. O. F., of which order he
was a member.
