EUGENE WOMAN, 91, DIES
Mrs. Mary Brown, Native of England, Lived in Oregon 34 Years.
EUGENE, Or., Nov. 17.—(Special.)—Mrs. Mary Brown, aged 91 years, a native of Cornwall, England, and a resident of Oregon for 34 years, died at the home of her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Edith B. Linton, at 1554 Second avenue West, in Eugene, yesterday.
She came to the United States 50 years ago, settling first in Maryland then coming to Oregon, where she made her home in the Rogue River Valley, later moving to Eugene.
Mrs. Brown is survived by two grandchildren, Mrs. Grace Lampshire, of Burns, and Elbert Brown, of Roseburg.
Funeral services will be held in Eugene Sunday.
