The Register,
Wednesday 4 November 1903
(Adelaide, South Australia)
DEATH
BATH.— On the 21st September, at Helston, Cornwall, Thomas Bath, late of
Kooringa, S.A., aged 77 years.
Transcriber's Note: Kooringa was the first company township in
Australia and, until the closure of the mine, was maintained as a
strictly company-run town. The township's name is derived from the
Aboriginal word kuri-ngga meaning either in the circle or locality of
the sheoak. (Tree)
