THIS INDENTURE
made the 13th day of April in the 5th year of the Reign
of or Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great
Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith
BETWEEN William Glynn in the County of Cornwall Esquire
and Rose his wife of the one part and Edmund Prideaux of
Padstow in the said County and Thomas Waddon of
Tonacombe in the said County Esquire of the other part
WITNESSETH that the said William Glynn and Rose his wife
for and in consideration of the sum of 5/- of lawful
money of Great Britain unto them in hand paid by the
said Edmund Prideaux and Thomas Waddon at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof they doe hereby acknowledge and thereof and of
every part thereof doe exonerate release and discharge
the said Edmund Prideaux and Thomas Waddon their
Executors Administrators and Assigns by these presents
HAVE granted bargained and sold and in and by these
presents let grant bargain and sell unto the said Edmund
Prideaux and Thomas Waddon their Executors
Administrators and Assigns All that capital Messuage and
Barton of Glynn and all those messuages mills lands
tenements called or known by the several names of Glynn
Mill Milltown Lrecson alias Linton Lynton Tremarcland
Ponhalland Kingswood Hill Hole Mill and Cabilla
Moorlands within the parish of Cardinham in the said
County of Cornwall and all those Messuages Lands and
Tenements with appurtenances called or known by the
names of West Lawharne Greenwell Fowyton alias
Stephengelly Stiles Land Fawyton alias Foytons
Linkindale and Pound Parks within the parish of St Nyott
South Casomill Alternon Polwater Bonath? North Downe
within the parish of Broadoake Penbugoll and Cobishorne
within the Parish of Bodmin one Annuity or yearly Rent
of £3 issuing out of the Outerhouse Parks and Beef Parks
within the said Parish of Bodmyn All the lands of the
said William Glynn within the Burrough of Bodmyn and all
those several messuages lands and tenements called or
known by the several names of Trerant Trewint Tregartha
Minor South Tempethy Trenowth Tregartha Major Pencarrow
Mils ? Trebenion Tregwithen Higher Pendeavy Lower
Pendaveay Trewas Pengelly alias Tempethy Deliomeze and
Camelford within the several parishes of Lantaglos juxta
Camelford St Advent Derostow Michaelstow St Teath and
Minster Endellion The moiety and Manors of Treyore and
manely ffloming in the parishes of Lanreath and St Veep
the fourth and eight partes of Newbridge Wood
Hillabarrett Wood Horestorkes Wood Knattam and Clapper
Moore and the fourth parte of Leeball Wood and the eight
part of Lutcott Wood all in the said Parish of Cardinham
and the eight part of advowson or Right of Patronage to
the Parish Church Cardinham aforesaid within the said
County of Cornwall And all that Barton and Mannor of
Farleigh within the Parish of Tiverton in the County of
Devon all that the parte purparty and portion of the
said William Glynn of and in the Mannor and barton of
Roseath alias the Ralpe in the said County of Devon and
the court leet and view of frank pledge thereunto
belonging and also all that the parte of Advowson or
Right of Patronage of him the said William Glynn unto
the church of Rose Afh alias else Ralphe aforesaid also
all that the Mannor of West Wandford within the parishes
of Milton Damerall and Sulcombe in the said County of
Devon All that one tenement called Bowden in the Parish
of Parkham in the said County of Devon and all those
messuages Lands and Tenements called Crannacott and
Chille within the Parishes of Pyworthy and Black
Torrington in the said County of Devon and one messuage
or Tenament within the town of Chipping Torrington in
the said Conty of Devon Together with all the Rights
Rents Suits and Services thereof TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all
and singular the said premises with appurtenances and
every part and parcel thereof unto the said Edmund
Prideaux and Thomas Waddon their Executors
Administrators and Assigns from the day of the date
hereof fore and during the full term and time of one
whole year to be fully complete and ended YEILDING and
paying therefore at the feasts of St Michael Archangel
next ensuing one peppercorne if the same be lawfully
demanded do the intent that by virtue of these presents
and of the statute for transferring uses into possession
the said Edmund Prideaux and Thoma Waddon may be enabled
to accept and take a grant and release of the reversion
and Inheritance of all and singular the said premises to
them their Executors and Assigns forever IN WITNESS
whereof the parties aforesaid to these present
Indentures their hands and seals interchangeably have
set yeoven the day and year first above written Anog
