THIS
INDENTURE made the 11th day of November 1898 BETWEEN
ROBERT PHILLIPPS EDYVEAN of Bodmin in the County of
Cornwall Solicitor of the one part and JAMES HILL BONNEY
of Prenzy in the parish of Saint Veep in the said County
Farmer of the other part WHEREAS by and Indenture
bearing date with but executed before these presents and
expressed to be made between the said Robert Phillipps
Edyvean of the one part and the said James Hill Bonney
of the other part in pursuance of a contract for sale
therein mentioned, certain Hereditaments therein
described have been assured unto and to the use of the
said James Hill Bonney in Fee Simple AND WHEREAS the
Deeds and Writings specified in the Schedule hereunto
relate as well to the Hereditaments comprised in the
hereinbefore recited Indenture as to other Hereditaments
belonging to John Coom of Wellington in the Colony of
New Zealand Civil Engineer and it has been agreed that
the said James Hill Bonney should give such
acknowledgement and undertaking as are hereinafter
contained NOW this Indenture WITNESSETH that in
pursuance of the said Agreement and in Consideration of
the said Premises he the said James Hill Bonney doth
hereby acknowledge the right of the said John Coom and
the said Robert Phillipps Edyvean as Attorney for the
said John Coom to production of the Deeds and Writings
specified in the said Schedule hereto and to the
delivery of copies there of and doth hereby undertake
for the safe custody thereof IN WITNESS whereof the said
parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands
and seals the day and year first above written
