Will was granted to Frances
Hawkey the Widow of the
said deced & one of the Exors
named in the said Will
George Roberts one or. Exor.
died in the lifetime of Testator
Resvy. to John Sloggett the
other Executor.

This is the last will and Testament of me Richard
Hawkey of the Parish of Tywardreath in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman -
I give devise and bequeath unto and to the use of my beloved wife
Frances Hawkey her Executors Administrators and Assigues All and
singular my Estate and Effects Goods and Chattels whatsoever and
wheresoever –
And I nominate and appoint my said wife Frances Hawkey Executrix and my
friends John Sloggett and George Roberts both of Saint Blazey Executors
of this my will hereby revoking all former or other wills by me at any
time herebefore made do declare this to be my last will and Testament –
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the twelfth day
of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty
four –

as and for his last will and Testament
in the presence of us who in his presence
at his request and in the presence
of each other have hereunto subscribed
