Phillips Clerk Bachelor of
Law Surrogate etc.
And Admion of
all Singular the Goods etc.
of the said deced or any way
concerning his said Will was
and is granted to Richard
Hawkey the Son of the said deced
and Executor named in the Will
Being first Sworn etc.

This is the last will and testament of Mr Robert
Hawkey of the parish of Tywardreath in the County of Cornwall yeoman
made the first day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirteen. I
give and bequeath the several pecuniary legacies hearafter mentioned all
of which I direct to be paid at the death of your mother = that is to
say to my wife Joan Hawkey the sume of one pound = to my daughter Grase
HAWKEY the sum of one pound to my daughter Elennor now the wife of Wm
Bunt the sum of one pound = to my daughter Joan Udy desased to her
children the sum of fife pounds
To my son Joseph Hawkey the sume of fife pounds
To my son Robert Hawkey the sume of fife pounds
To my son Frances Hawkey the sume of to pounds
I likewise give and bequeath unto my said wife Joan Hawkey one annuity
of an yearly sume of sixteen pounds to be paid to her clear of all taxes
and deduction what so ever on the twenty fifth day of March the twenty
fourth of June the twenty ninth of September and the twenty fifth of
December in every year by equal portions the first payment thear of to
be made on such of the days as shall first and next happen after my
desese
All my goods Chattels and whatsoever and whear so ever I give to my son
Richard Hawkey subject to the payment of my depts funeral charges and
the legacies and annuity befor given and I hearby appoint my said son
Richard Hawkey Executor of this my will hearby revoking all former wills
by me and aney time made In witness whearof I have hearunto set my hand
the day and year first above written
