Will of William Cullumb/CULLOMB, 28 December 1701

William Cullumbe
In the name of God amen I William Cullomb the Elder of Trevenner
in the pish of Tywardreath in the County of Cornwall yeoman I
blese God at this present time am in health and perfect in memory
Doe here by these presents make and ordaine this my last will and
Testament in Manner and Form Following First I recommend my soul
into the hands of God that made me And unto Jesus Christ my only
Saviour and Redeemer always hoping and Still trusting it is he
only is able to save my soul and to raise me up at the last day
and my body to Christian burial when please god to call me out of
this pesent life or world
Imprs I give unto Ann Bray my Daughter one shilling I give unto
her Three Children on shilling each of them
Item I give unto Elizabeth Finis my grandchild one shilling
Item I give unto Ann Tom my grandchild Forty shillings
Item I give unto Jane Tom my grandchild Forty shillings the same
money to be paid them by my Executor Trustee or ether of them
that is herein named when and as soon as they or eyther of them
shall attain the full age of sixteen years
Item I give all the rest of my goods and chattels Mooveable and
unmoveable of what kind and nature soever they be quick and
dead within my now doors and also without Bills Bonds notes
Reckons and accounts and all and every other matter and
thing whatsoever doth to me the said William Cullumb properly
belong unto Joan Finis my Daughter wife of John Finis of
the Town
and Borough of Fowey and County aforesaid And likewise to
Laurence Tom son of James Tom of the parish of Tywardreath
aforesaid my grandson equall? to be divided between them

of Daniel Pitkins Carpenter of Tywardreath aforesaid whom I
nominate and doe here also appoint to be my Lawfull and Faithfull
Trustee of For and concerning my said grandsons right and xx part
the said Laurence Tom. If I the said William Cullumbe
shall at
any time happen to dye before the said Laurence shall attain to
the full age of on and Twenty years And doe hereby make them the
said Joan and Laurence my whole and sole executors. They also are
to observe and pay the above named legacies in every respect And
I doe hereby Revoak all former wills whatsoever And it is my will
likewise farther: That of it shall so happen that the said
Laurence Tom Decease before the said Joan Finis then the
whole
to the said Johan Finis or John Finis her husband then
living
They the said John Finis & Johan his wife or eyther of them for
the time being hereafter xxxxxx tp pvide and mentaine in sicknes
and in health the above named Ann and Jane equall between them
the above named executors and bring them up in some Lawfull and
honest calling until they shall attain the full age of sixteen
years and then to give and pay the above said legacies in
Testimony of the truth hereof I have hereunto Fixed my seal with
subscribing my hand the 28th Day of December Anno Doini 1701
