Joan Collombe
13th February 1646
In the name of God Amen I Joane Collombe of the pish of
Tywardreath in the county of Cornwall widow beinge sicke in
boddy but thanks be unto god in sound and pfect memory Revokinge
all forme of wills formerly made Doe constitute and ordain this
psent writinge to be my last will and testamt in manner and forme
followinge First of all I give and bequesath my soule to almighty
god my maker and redeemer and my boddy to be burryed in the holly
Soile in Christian Buriall Item I give unto William Collomb my
sonne my Boards in the hall with the xxxx and cubbard Item (I
give) more to Richard Collomb my sonne my xxxxx xxxxxx Item I
give unto Alice Collombe my Daughter my Bed furnished xxxxx xxxxx
and the other beds in the same roome unto my sonne John Collumb
Item I give unto Mary Teape my grand child my little xxxxx Colt
Item I give unto William Tregonninge one sheepe item I give unto
Walter Collombe my grand child on sheepe Item I give unto my
daughter Alice my little crocke and in case my oxe be taken for a
herryott then I give my mare unto Thomas Teape and if my mare be
taken for a herryott I give my oxe unto Thomas Teape All the rest
of my goods and chattels moveable and unmoveable of what kind and
quality whatsoever they be Either quick or dead Corne in the
ground and mowhay I doe give and bequeath unto John Collombe my
sonne Thomas Teape my sonne in law and Alice Collombe my
daughter wch I doe constitute and ordaine to be jointe executrs
to see this my last will and testament to be pformed and to have
my said goods and chattels equally divided betwixt them Last of
all I doe give unto the poore of the pish three shillings and
fower pence I further charge them xxxxx my blessinge that there
be noe debate in the division betwixt them In witness whereof I
have hereunto sett my hand and Seale the two and twentith day of
December in the yeare or our Lord god 1656
