Will of Lewis Moore, dated 16 May 1860

This is the last Will and Testament of me Lewis Moore of Torpoint in the County of Cornwall a Superannuated Boatswain in Her Majesty’s Royal Navy
I give and bequeath to my daughters Mary Ann Pengelly and Elizabeth Giles the sum of ten pounds each for their own use. And I also give to my said daughters all my wearing apparel to be equally divided between them for the benefit of their children. All the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and effects of what nature of kind so ever, I give and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann Moore. And I appoint my said wife sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills made by me. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of May One thousand eight hundred and sixty
