Will of Abraham Werring, dated 18 June 1758

In the name of God Amen I Abraham WERRING of the Parish of Stoke Climsland within the County of Cornwall Being in Good Health and of Sound and Perfect memory Blessed be God for it do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and forme following That is to Say first I Bequeath my soul to Almighty God who Gave itt mee And my body to be interred [Aughter] the manner of A Christian burial and as for such Earthly Goods where with God is Pleased to bless me with I give and dispose as hereafter followeth Imprimes I give and bequeath unto Abraham WARRING my kinsman Eighty pounds of Lawfull money to be payd him as followeth that is forty pound to be payd him att twelve months End After my Disceace and the other forty pounds to bee payd Him at the end of four years after my deceace Item I Give unto William WARREN my kinsman brother to the Above mentioned Abram WORREN Six pounds of Lawfull money To be payd att the End of one yeare After my Disseace Item I give unto John Warren Six pounds To be payd att the End of one yeare After my Disseace. Item I give unto Elisabeth WARREN and Mary WARREN Six pound to Each parte of Lawfull money to be payd them att one years End After my disseace Item I Give unto Robert WARREN and John WARREN Sons of Joseph WARREN Twelve pounds beetween them to bee devided Equally and to be payd after one years End after my disseace Item I give unto Mary TREHANE my Sisters Daughter Six pounds To be payd her att the end of one yeare After my disseace. Item I give unto Grace Trehane my sisters Daughter six pounds To be payd her when she attaineth the Age of Twenty one years oald Item I give unto my Eldest Sister Elisabeth ? five shillings to be payd her at the End of one yeare After my Disseace Item I give unto Sarah TREHANE my Sister six pounds of Lawfull money to be payd her att one year End After my disseace Item I give unto Catherine WARREN my Sister six pounds to be payd her att the End of one yeare after my disseace Item I give unto Stephen TREHANE my Brother Law fouer pounds of Lawfull money to be payd him att the End of one yeare after my Disseace Item I give unto Nicolas EMMET my wifes brother Three pounds of Lawfull money To be payd him att the End of one yeare after my Disseace Item I give unto Elisabeth SAUNDERS Daughter of Mary SAUNDERS Ten Shillings To be payd her at the end of one yeare after my Disseace Item I give unto Stephen SYMONDS my Apprentice Ten Shillings To be payd him when he attaineth the Age of Twenty one years old Item I Give to the poor people of the parish of Stokeclimsland to such as have no pay Twenty Shillings to be pay att one years End After my Dissease Ittem I Give unto the poore people of the parresh of Lezant To such as have no pay Twenty Shillings to be payd att the end of one yeare after my disseace Item Lastly all my Goods and Chattels I Give unto Audry WARREN my Wife whome I make her my whole and sole Executrix paying all my Depts and Legacies Acording to the True intent and meaning of this my Last Will and Testament Revoking all other wills by me herebefore made In witness wereof I have ? Sett my hand and Seale the Eighteenth day of June one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight 1758
