Will of Richard Waring, dated 27 December 1750

In the name of god amen I Richard WARING of The parish of Stoke Climsland in the County of Cornwall being In perfect mind and memory praised be god I doe make this my Last will and Testament in maner as following first I Comend my soul to almighty god who gave It and my body I Commit to the Earth to be Decently buryed Item I give unto Phillip WARING one shilling Item I give unto John WARING one shiling Item I give unto Henarey WARING one shiling Item I give unto Elizabeth WARING daster of Ephraim Waring one shiling Item I give unto Jone CHOB wife of John CHOB one shiling Item I give unto Mary SANDERS one shiling Item I give unto Mary COUNT Daster of Samyel COUNT one shiling Item I give all my goods Lands and Chatteles not before given unto Elizabeth WARING my waif whom I make my whole and sole hear and Executrix of this my Last will and Testament In witness whareof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this Twenty Seventh Day of december In the year of our Lord one thoussand seven hundered and fivety 1750
