And Admion of all
and singular the Goods
etc of the said deceased
and any way concerning
the said Will was
granted to Grace
Hooper
the Widow
of the said deceased
and Sole Executrix
named in the said Will
Being first Sworn
etc Saving etc
No Inventory

In the name of God Amen, I John Hooper in
the Parish of St Stephens in the County of Cornwall
being weak in Body the sound in mind I hereby make
this my last will and Testament
first, I give unto James Hooper my son immediately
after my Decease the Eastern part of my Dwelling House to enjoy
at his pleasur with the little back House adjoining and
that part of the Garden at the western end of the House that joins
with the House, also I give unto him all my right and title
in nine pair of Tin Bounds lying and being in Hensborrow
downs in St Austle parish the names and shares are on the roll
I give unto my Daughter Ann Vivyan (after my wifes Decease)
the western part of my Dwelling House with the other part of
the garden at the western End of the House and the plot of ground
behind the House that is now enclosed
I also give unto James Hooper my son free Liberty after my
Decease to enclose and cultivate at his pleasure all my right
in the course ground that I have mentioned in my Deed
I also make my wife Grace Executrix of this my will and
Testament to have and enjoy all my property during her life
(Except what is above mentioned to my son James) and after her
Decease all my Household furniture and chattles shall be
Divided between my son James and my Daughter Ann
Equal alike I acknowledge this to be my last will and
Testament whereunto I sett my hand and seal this
22nd day of April 1803.
