In the name of god Amen I Jone hoopper of the parrish of St Stevens in Brannell being sick of Body Butt in sound & perfect meamory Blessed bee god for itt nominate & Appoint this to bee my Last will And Testament in forme following
I bequeave my soull into the hands of Allmighty god my Creator to ......... him Eternally and my Body to the Earth to Bee deacently Bueyed According to the descresion of my Executors hereafter to bee named
Itt I doe nominate And Appoint my Brother Andrew Hoopper And my Coussin Anthony hooper to Bee hoolle And sole Executors of All my goods And Chattalls wtin dores and without
Itt And itt is my desire that the shall bee Trustees over my goods for payment of my debts or Leagasies and to make the most of itt for my Childs Advantage and to Return what shall Bee Left to the Best Use the Can for my Child acording to there Discreation
Itt And itt is my desire that my Executors shall iff my daughter doe happen to marry with on that is According to there descretion A deserning Person that then within Twelve months After her marriage they shall make Payment hereof namely of such mony or goods as shall Remaine After Payment of my debts or Legasies
