Will of Richard Hooper Yeoman deced proved in common form before
John Wallis clerk A.M. Official &c
And Admion of all and singular the Goods &c of the said deced and any
way concerning the said Will was granted to Jane the Wife of James
Searle that daughter of the said deced & sole Executrix named in the
said Will
Being first sworn

I Richard Hooper of Coombe in the Parish of
St Stephen in Branwell Yeoman do hereby make this my last Will
and Testament, I give, devise, and dispose of all my worldly
Effects in the following Manner Viz
1st I give to Richard my beloved Son the Sum of Ten Shillings
2nd I give to Benjamin my beloved Son the Sum of Ten Shillings
3rd I give to John my beloved Son the Sum of Five Shillings
4th I give to Francis my beloved Son the Sum of Five Shillings
5th I give to Betsy my beloved Daughter the Sum of Ten Shillings
6th I give to Mary Ann my beloved Daughter the Sum of
Twenty Shilling - my Watch and one Bed
7th I also give to Jane my beloved Daughter, whom
I make and ordain my Sole Executrix of this my
last Will and Testament - All and Singular
my Tenements, And other Property, of Whatever
kind and whenever found to hold and enjoy
unmolested, who is to receive, and discharge all
debts, and Legacies - I hereby revoke and disallow
all other Wills or bequest by me heretofore made
and confirm this as my last Will and testament
As Witness My hand this 13th day of June 1851
