Will of William Wearren, dated 14 October 1693
In the name of God amen: the 14 day of October 1693
according to the computation of the Church of England I William WEARREN
of Southill in the County of Cornwall Husbandman being of perfect memory
& sound [ ] praised be god doe make & ordaine this my last will &
testament in manner & form following
First I bequeath my sole into the hands of almighty god my maker hoping
that through the meritorious death & passion of Jesus Christ my only
saviour & redeemer to receive free pourdon & forgiveness of all my sins
& for my body to be buried in Christion Buryial at the discrtion of my
executrix hereafter nominated.
Item I give to William BENNET of Miltonabet two shillings six pence
Item all the rest of my goods & estates to Philip WEARREN my wife uppon
condition that she shall pay all my debts & legacies & make her sole
executrix of this my last will & testament revoking all other wills &
testaments.
In witness therof I have hereunto set my hand &
seale the day & yeare first above written
