The Will of David Mutton Dated 20th September 1818
Proved 22nd July 1819
In the name of God Amen I David Mutton Farmer of Trewassick In the
Parish of Southhill Cornwell yeoman being In Sound mind and memory I
thank God for it I do make this My Last Will and testament in manner an
form as follows
Item I give five pound to Each of my Children to be paid twelve months
after my decease also I make my Dearly beloved Wife Mary Mutton my whole
an Sole Executor of this my last will an testament an I do hereby
utterly revoke all former wills in witness wareof I have hereunto set my
hand an Seal this twentieth Day of September one thousand Eighthundred
an Eighteen
