In the name of God Amen I Manniweall
Richards
of the pish of Sithney and County of
Cornwall Tynner being sicke and weake in boady
but of poaefeacke memory and understanding doe marke and
ordaine this my last will and Testament in manner
and Form Foling
Item I beqieath my soule unto God that gave it and my
Boddy to be Buried in Christian Buriall
Item I give and bequeath unto my brother
Richards Richards one Cow and to his dahter one
Cow Item I give unto my brother sonne petter
one cow Item I give and bequeath Thomas Carpenter
and his soonn Francess Carpentter one .........
More and ye blacke Colte Item I give and be
queath unto Jonne Philipes one Mare ye is now
in her possonns and to her Dahter Jone one cow
Item I give and queath all ye Rest of my goods and Chattles
Moveable and un Movable I give and bequeath unto my
deare and loving wiffe whome I doe nomnat and
appointe to be my whole and sole Exctors macke
ing voide all other wills made Formmerly made
