lately Deced
Proved in Commom
Form before Before
the Revd Mr Samuel
Cholwick The Master of
Arts official etc.
And Admion of the
Goods etc of the said
Deced and of all things
howsoever Concerning
his said will was
Granted to the Executrix
therein named.
(Being first Sworn etc
(Saveing etc
No Inventry

In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Richards of the
Parish of Sithney and County of Cornwall Tyner being in
Perfect memory and Rememberance praysed be God for it Do
make and ordain this my last will and Testament in
maner & form foloing
Impr first I comend my Soul to almighty God that gave it hoping
Through the merits of Jesus Christ to Receive Pardon for all
my Sins and my Body to be Decently Buried at the Discretion
of my Executrix hereafter mentioned
Itm I doe Give and Bequeath all and Singular all my Goods and Chatles
and all my Effects of what nature so Ever to my Beloved
wife Jenerf Richards whom I do make my whole Executrix
During her natural Life but If She Shall Hapen to marry
a Second Husband that It Shall Not be in his power to ...
Receive nor wast aney part of the Money Goods nor Chatls
nor Any of the Effects Left her by me
and its my wish & Pleasure that after the Death of my Said Wife
I Do Give all the Remainder of the Goods and Chatls that shall
Be Remaining after my Wifes Death to my Brother James
Richards
of this Sd parish of Sithney
But I do make my wife Sole Executrix During her Life in paying
my Debts as witness my hand and Seal this 9th day of april 1754?
