The Will of William Richards, dated 30 August 1666

the xxxth day of Auguste 1666
In the name of God Amen
I William Richards being visited with sickness and in shorte
memorye doe make my laste will and testament in manor
and forme as followeth
firste I doe bequeave my soule to Allmightie god: and my
boddey to be buried in the earth
I doe bequeave one sheepe to the pishe church
and ten shillings to the poore
I give my children each of them fortye shillings apeece
and if my sones manewell and petter doth continue
with their mother they shall have ten pounds a year
and I give my house wheare Thomas Williams now liveth
betwixte them all
I alsoe give my grandchildren to shillings and sixpence
each of them
I give to my servant maid one lambe
And I make the reste of All my goods to my wife and to
be my executor of all that god hath given mee.
