The Will of Jane Richards, dated 16 February 1683

Thanks be to God that hath visited me with fitness I doe
acknolidge my selfe to be in my perfect sense & memory &
so I doe intend to make my last will & testament
Imp I give & bequeath my soule to God that gave it &
my body to the holy turfe
Item I give & bequeath a putre flagon to my oldest
son william
Item I give & bequeath twelve pence to my son
Thomas
Item I give & bequeath twelve pence to my son Richard
Item I give & bequeath twelve pence to my son Emanewell
Item I give & bequeath twelve pence to my son Peeter
Item I give & bequeath all the rest of my goodes houses
lands chatles movable & unmovable unto my son in law
James Scoller in paying all these leagases Debts dues &
demands lawfully demanded in witness whereof
I have here set my hand and seale this sixteenth
day of February 1683
