the said deceased & any way
concerning the said Will
was granted to Richard
Pattin the son of the said
deceased & sole Executor named
in the said Will
Being first sworn &c

This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard
Pattin of Sithney Yeoman
I give my daughter Jane the wife of John Courna
Thirty Pounds I give my daughter Ann the wife of
Robart Marks Five Pounds per Year for the term of
twelve Years if She should so longue live I give to my Daughter
mary the wife of John Benny fifty pounds I give to Jane
the Daughter
of Richard Pattin Ten pounds when she come of ague of twenty
one years All the rest residue and Remainder of my goods Chattles
rights Credits and effects what so ever and where so ever I give
and be queath unto my Son Richard Pattin whom I make
Nominate and appoint my Executrix he shall enjoy after my
Death in Witness were of I have hereunto Set my hand
this 11th day of November one Thousand Eight Hundred and
Five Signed published and Declared as the last Will and
testament of the said Richard Pattin by him in our presence
