Will of Anne Hext Kelly, dated 23 November 1890

In Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice

BE IT KNOWN, that at the date hereunder written, the last Will and Testament (a Copy whereof is hereunto annexed) of Anne Hext Kelly late of St Barnabas Home Saltash in the County of Cornwall Widow deceased, who died on the 27th day of January 1891, at Saltash aforesaid was proved and registered at the Principle Probate Registry of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice, and that Administration of the personal estate of the said deceased was granted by the aforesaid Court to John Basset Collins one of the executors named in the said Will having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same. Power reserved of making the like grant to Thomas Teed Esquire the other Executor named in the said Will
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit in verification of the Account of the said estate has been delivered duly stamped wherein it is shown that the gross value of the said estate amounts to £ 737 “ 2 “ 9 and no more.

The Will of Anne Hext Kelly Widow now residing at St Barnabas Home Saltash. I give my Sister Henrietta Jessy Moore the sum of Twenty pounds. I give Nurse Sheen if at this Home and attending on me at my death Five pounds. I give my Wearing apparel Furniture and Books to my Sister Louisa Teed and my Jewelry to my Niece Maude Blackden Teed. All my money, securities for money and effects not before disposed of, and also the money and share of money coming or belonging to me from the effects and under the Will of my late Mother whenever the same shall become payable unto my Brother in law Colonel Teed and my Friend John Basset Collins their executors administrators and assigns Upon Trust to pay and apply the principal and Interest thereof unto my said Niece Maud Blackden Teed and my Nephew Arthur Brother in law Colonel Thomas Teed and John Basset Collins Executors of this my Will.
