Thomas Crocker, 24 February 1630

Parker Executoribus administratoribus siue assignatis fuis : ad quam
quidem solutionem bene & fideliter faciendum obligamus nos & Qudiu libet
nostrum per se pro toto & in solido Heredes Executores & Administratores
nostros firmiter per presentes sigillis nostris figillat : datum xxbto
die mensis Novembris Anno Regni Domini nostril Caroli Dei gracia Anglie
Scotie Francie & Hibernie Regis Fidei defensoris & c. Septo Annoque
Domini 1630
The Condition of this present obligation is such : that if Henry Crocker
the brother and administrator of all singular the goods Chattailes and
debts of Thomas Crocker late of Ruan Lanihorne deceased, doe well and
truly administer the said goods Chattailes and debts according to the
Law : And also doe make and passé or cause to be made and passed a true
just and perfect account of and vpon the said administration at all time
and times when thereunto so shall bee lawfully required especially on
this side the last day of October next coming : And all such goods,
Chattells, and debts as shall remaine, and be found due of and vpon the
said accompt being examined and allowed, doe well and truly deliver and
distribute in such manner and forme as shall bee limited and appointed.
And finally doe defend, faue, and keepe harmelesse the aboue named
William Parker his successors, officers, and ministers against all
persons whatsoeuer, for granting and committing the sayd Administration,
and that without fraude or delay, then this present Obligation to be
voyde, or else to stand and be in force.
