Will of Samuel Blamy, 23 May 1796

In the name of god amen I Samuel Blamy of the parish of Ruanlanihorn in the County of Cornwall being in perfect health and memory do make this and ordain this my last will and testament in manner and form following
First I will that all my debts and legacies be paid by my executor herein after named
Item I give unto my brother Richard Blamy the sum of five pounds
Item I give unto my cousin Elizabeth Roskelly the sum of ten pounds
Item I give unto my cousin Judeth Roskelly the sum of ten pounds
Item I give unto John Walter Foote Esq the sum of five pounds
Item I give unto my niece Nancy Foote the sum of five pounds
Item I give unto Joseph Blamy the sum of one hundred pounds
Item I give my servant Mary Wills the sum of ten pounds
I also give to each of my servants who shall live with me at the time of my decease the sum of three guineas if they have lived with me one year before
I also give unto Elizabeth Penrose the sum of three guineas
I also give unto Jane Quintrell the sum of five guineas
Also I give unto Mary Tregiddo the sum of ten pounds
Also I give unto Ann Tregiddo the sun of five guineas
I also give unto my apprincance Edward Ware if he serves out his apprenticeship truly and honestly with me or my executors the sum of ten pounds
 
All the residue & remainders of my goods and chattels and personal estate I give & bequeath unto my brother Daniel Blamy for and during his natural life and from and after his death I give the same unto my sister Mary Foote the wife of John Walter Foote of the parish of Beerferris in the county of Devon Esq and her executor and administrator Daniel Blamy my Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills made by me Witness by hand and seal the twenty six day of December one thousand seven hundred and ninety four the above in my own hand written signed seal and delivered in the presence of us
