Parish Page Know all men by these presents that
we Henry Edwards of the parish of Probus in the County
of Cornwal Miller and John Tregilgas of the parish of
Merther and County aforesaid Thatcher are held and
firmly bound unto John Dunken and Matthew Truscott
Church Wardens and unto Matthew Roberts and John Arthur
Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Probus and
unto their Successors for the time being in the full sum
of thirty pounds of Lawfull money of Great Brittain to
be paid to the said John Dunken Matthew Truscott Matthew
Roberts and John Arthur or to any or either of them or
to their certain Attorney or to their Successors for the
time being for payment whereof well and truely to be
made we do hereby bind ourselves our Executors and
Administrators and every and either of them jointly and
severally in the full sum of sixty pounds of like
lawfull money of Great Brittain firmly by these
presents. In Wittness whereof we have hereunto sett our
hands and seals this twenty second day of May in the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty.
