The Will of Thomas Warrick , dated 12 April 1747

In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Warrick of the parish of St Pinnock in the County of Cornwall Yeoman being Sick and Weak in Body but Blessed be God in perfect mind and memory Revokeing all former Wills and Testaments do make this my last Will and Testament That is to say First I resign up my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hopeing for Salvation by the Meritts of Jesus Christ my Saviour and my Body to be buried after the Manner of Christian Burial.
Item I Give to my Son Guy One Shilling. Item I Give to my Son Thomas One Shilling. Item I Give to my Son Stephen One Shilling. Item I Give to my Son William Two Shillings and Sixpence. Item I Give to my Daughter Mary One Shilling. Item I Give to my Daughter Elizabeth One Shilling. Item I Give to my Daughter Joan Five Shillings. Item I Give to my Grand daughter Mary Warrick Guys Daughter Twenty Shillings. All the Rest of my Goods I Give and Beqehe to my Daughters Gunnett and Jane whom I make my hole and Sole Execetrexets of this my last Will and Testament.

The before written Will was Proved in Common form the 29th April 1747 Before the Rev. Mr Wm Waddon the Clk. Master of Arts Official etc. Admion of the Goods etc of the Dec'ed and of all things howsoever concerning the Will was granted to the Exectixes therein named / Oath being first made ect. / Saveing etc.
