The Town and Liberties of Ludlow, in the County of Salop. To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.Lawrence in the said Town of Ludlow, in the County of Salop, and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perran-Arworthal in the County of Cornwall and to each and every of them.
 
Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St.Lawrence, in the Town of Ludlow, aforesaid, in the said County of Salop, unto us, whose names are hereunto set, and seals affixed, being two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace, acting in and for the said Town and Liberties of Ludlow, in the County of Salop, (and one of us of the Quorum) that Elizabeth TREGLOAN (Singlewoman) hath come to inhabit in the said Parish of St.Lawrence, not having gained a legal Settlement there, nor produced any Certificate owning her to be settled elsewhere, and that the said Elizabeth TREGLOAN is become chargeable to the said Parish of St.Lawrence, in the said Town of Ludlow; We the said Justices upon due proof made thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Elizabeth TREGLOAN upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the Premises, do adjudge the same to be true; and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of her the said Elizabeth TREGLOAN is in the said Parish of Perran-Arworthal We do therefore require you, the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St.Lawrence, in the said Town, or some, or one of you, to convey the said Elizabeth TREGLOAN from and out of the said Parish of St. Lawrence, in the said Town, to the said Parish of Perran-Arworthal and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, and we do also hereby require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perran-Arworthal to receive and provide for her as an Inhabitant of your Parish.
 
Given under our Hands and Seals at Ludlow aforesaid, the eighth day of May in the Year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and thirty two.

The Town and Liberties of Ludlow, in the County of Salop. Whereas it doth appear unto us, the Justices within named, that Elizabeth TREGLOAN the Pauper within ordered to be removed, is at present unable to Travel by reason of Sickness and Infirmity; We do therefore, in pursuance of the Statute in such case made, hereby suspend the Execution of the within Order, until the same can be safely executed without danger.
 
Given under our Hands the eighth day of May 1832.

CORNWALL. To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal in the County of Cornwall, and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Stithians in the County aforesaid and to each and every of them.

Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us John Samuel ENYS Esquire and John SHEEPSHANKS clerk whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That John COLLINS, Sarah his wife and Caroline their Daughter aged about eleven months have come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said John COLLINS, Sarah his wife and Caroline are now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said John COLLINS, upon Oath, as otherwise, upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said John COLLINS, Sarah and Caroline is in the said Parish of Stithians in the said County We do therefore require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said John COLLINS, Sarah and Caroline from out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Stithians and them to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the original; and We do also hereby require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Stithians to receive and provide for them according to law.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the twelfth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.

Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us William Pender ROBERTS Esquire and John SHEEPSHANKS clerk whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Peter COLLIVER, Jane his wife and William Henry their son now aged about two years have come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said Peter COLLIVER, Jane his wife and William Henry their son are now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Peter COLLIVER, upon Oath, as otherwise, upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said Peter COLLIVER, Jane his wife and William Henry their son is in the said Parish of Lanivet in the said County We do therefore require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said Peter COLLIVER, Jane his wife and William Henry their son from and out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Lanivet and them to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the original; and We do also hereby require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Lanivet to receive and provide for them according to law.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the twenty seventh day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty two.

Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us John Samuel ENYS Esquire and John SHEEPSHANKS clerk whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Sophia MICHELL widow hath come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said Sophia MICHELL is now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Sophia MICHELL upon Oath, as otherwise, upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and We do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said Sophia MICHELL is in the said Parish of Gwennap in the said County We do therefore require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said Sophia MICHELL from out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Gwennap and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the original; and We do also require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Gwennap to receive and provide for her according to law.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.
