CORNWALL.
To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal in the County of Cornwall, and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Illogan in the County aforesaid and to each and every of them.
 
Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us, whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That William MILLS and Honor his wife have come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said William MILLS and Honor his wife are actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said William MILLS upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said William MILLS and Honor his wife is in the said Parish of Illogan in the said County We do therefore require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal some or one of you to convey the said William MILLS and Honor his wife from and out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Illogan and them to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the Original; and We do also require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Illogan to receive and provide for them as inhabitants of your said Parish

GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the fourth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty.

Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us, whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Catherine SARAH Singlewoman hath come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said Catherine SARAH is now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Catherine SARAH upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said Catherine SARAH is in the said Parish of Mylor in the said County We do therefore require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said Catherine SARAH from out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Mylor and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the Original; and We do also hereby require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Mylor to receive and provide for her as an inhabitant of your said Parish.

Upon the complaint of the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Kenwyn aforesaid, in the said County, unto Us, whose names are hereunto set, and seals affixed, being two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County, and one of us of the Quorum, That Robert LANDERYOU and Elizabeth his Wife have come to inhabit in the said Parish of Kenwyn not having gained a legal settlement there; nor produced any Certificate owning them to be settled elsewhere; and that the said Robert LANDERYOU and Elizabeth his Wife are now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Kenwyn We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well as upon the examination of the said Robert LANDERYOU upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true; and We do hereby adjudge that the lawful settlement of the said Robert LANDERYOU and Elizabeth his Wife is in the said Parish of Perranarworthal in the said County We do therefore require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Kenwyn, or some or one of you, to convey the said Robert LANDERYOU and Elizabeth his Wife from and out of your said Parish of Kenwyn to the said Parish of Perranarworthal and them to deliver to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the Original; and We do also hereby require you the said Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal to receive and provide for them as inhabitants of your Parish.
