CORNWALL. To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Gwennap in the said County and to each and every of them.
 
Upon complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us John Samuel ENYS esquire and John SHEEPSHANKS clerk whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Mary KENT singlewoman hath come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said Mary KENT is now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal. We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Mary KENT upon Oath, as otherwise, upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said Mary KENT is in the said Parish of Gwennap in the said County We do therefore require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said Mary KENT from and out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Gwennap and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the original; and We do also hereby require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Gwennap to receive and provide for her according to law.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the thirty first day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three.

CORNWALL. To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Blazey in the County of Cornwall and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal in the County of Cornwall and to each and every of them.
 
Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Blazey aforesaid, in the said County of Cornwall unto us whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being Two of His Majesty’s Justices of the Peace, in and for the said County of Cornwall, and one of us of the Quorum, that Elizabeth WILLIAMS Singlewoman is come to inhabit in the said Parish of Saint Blazey not having gained a legal settlement there, nor produced any certificate owning her to be settled elsewhere; and the said Elizabeth WILLIAMS is with child and is actually chargeable to the said Parish of Saint Blazey. We the said Justices, upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Elizabeth WILLIAMS, upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the Premises, do adjudge the same to be true; and we do adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said Elizabeth WILLIAMS is in the said Parish of Perranarworthal in the said County of Cornwall.
WE do therefore require you, the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Blazey or some or one of you, to convey the said Elizabeth WILLIAMS from and out of your said Parish of Saint Blazey to the said Parish of Perranarworthal and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the Original; and We do hereby require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal to receive and provide for her as an Inhabitant of your Parish.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the first day of April in the third Year of the Reign of his Majesty, William the fourth and in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and thirty three.

That Sarah the wife of Joseph PAUL and Caroline aged about fourteen years, Joseph aged about thirteen years, William aged about eleven years, Eliza aged about nine years, Isabel aged about seven years, Elizabeth aged about four years and Richard aged about fifteen months her children by her said husband have come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said Sarah PAUL, and Caroline, Joseph, William, Eliza, Isabel, Elizabeth and Richard her said children are now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Sarah PAUL upon Oath, as otherwise, upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful settlement of the said Sarah PAUL, and Caroline, Joseph, William, Eliza, Isabel, Elizabeth and Richard her said children is in the Parish of Dartford in the said County of Kent We do therefore require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said Sarah PAUL, and Caroline, Joseph, William, Eliza, Isabel, Elizabeth and Richard her said children from and out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Dartford and them to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the original; and We do also hereby require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Dartford to receive and provide for them according to law.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the second day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.

Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid unto Us William Pender ROBERTS and John Samuel ENYS Esquires whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Emily KENT aged about six months Daughter of Lilly KENT singlewoman hath come to inhabit in the said Parish of Perranarworthal not having gained a legal Settlement there; and that the said Emily KENT is now actually chargeable to the said Parish of Perranarworthal We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of Christiana DAVEY upon Oath, as otherwise, upon due consideration had of the premises, do judge the same to be true: and we do likewise adjudge that the lawful Settlement of the said Emily KENT is in the said Parish of Gwennap in the said County We do therefore require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the said Parish of Perranarworthal or some or one of you to convey the said Emily KENT from and out of your said Parish of Perranarworthal to the said Parish of Gwennap and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some or one of them together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the original; and We do also hereby require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Gwennap to receive and provide for her according to law.
 
GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the sixth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty five.
