Cornwall to wit To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal and to each and every of you, to Remove and to convey. As also to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Borough of Helstone in the said County of Cornwall
These
Whereas Complaint has been made by you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid, unto Us, whose hands and seals are hereunto set, two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace (one being of the Quorum) for the said County of Cornwall
That Elizabeth FORSTER wife of John FORSTER of the Borough of Helstone in the said County Mariner hath lately intruded herself into your said Parish of Perranarworthal there to inhabit as a Parishioner contrary to the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, and hath actually become chargeable there And whereas upon due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premises by Us the said Justices, and on the Oath the said Elizabeth FORSTER it appears unto Us, and we according adjudge, That the said Elizabeth FORSTER is to the said parish of Perranarworthal Chargeable, and that her last legal place of Settlement is in the said Borough of Helston where she ought to be Removed as the Law in that case directs.
 
These are therefore in his Majesty’s Name to Order and Require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish of Perranarworthal aforesaid, That you, or some of you, do forthwith Remove and Convey Elizabeth Forster from your said parish of Perranarworthal to the Borough of Helstone aforesaid, and her deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof: whereby they are likewise Required in his Majesty’s Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, Forthwith to Receive the said Elizabeth FORSTER into their said Borough of Helstone and provide for her as their own Parishioner according to Law. GIVEN under our Hands and Seals, the seventh. Day of September in the nineteenth Year of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the grace of GOD, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, and so forth, and in the Year of Lord, One Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy nine.

CORNWALL to wit To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Gwennap in the said County and to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Perranarworthal in the same County and to each and every of them.
 
Upon complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Gwennap aforesaid, in the said County unto Us, whose Names are hereunto set, and Seals affixed, being two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Catherine VISICK spinster hath come to inhabit in the said Parish of Gwennap not having gained a legal settlement there; nor produced any Certificate owning her to be settled elsewhere; and that the said Catherine VISICK is likely to become chargeable to the said Parish of Gwennap We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Catherine VISICK upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true; and We do likewise adjudge that the lawful settlement of Catherine VISICK is in the said Parish of Perranarworthal in the said County We do therefore require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Gwennap or some or one of you, to convey the said Catherine VISICK from and out of your said Parish of Gwennap to the said Parish of Perranarworthal and her to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the Original; and We do also hereby require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal to receive and provide for her as an inhabitant of your Parish.
 
GIVEN under our hands and seals, the third day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty one.

Upon the complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Gwennap aforesaid, in the said County unto Us, whose names are hereunto set, and seals affixed, being two of his Majesty’s Justices of the Peace in and for the said County and one of us of the Quorum, That Catherine PENGELLY and Mary PENGELLY her daughter aged twenty two months have come to inhabit in the said Parish of Gwennap not having gained a legal settlement there; nor produced any Certificate owning themselves to be settled elsewhere; and that the said Catherine PENGELLY and Mary PENGELLY are chargeable to the said Parish of Gwennap We the said Justices upon due proof thereof, as well upon the examination of the said Catherine PENGELLY upon Oath, as otherwise, and likewise upon due consideration had of the premises, do adjudge the same to be true; and We do likewise adjudge that the lawful settlement of them the said Catherine PENGELLY and Mary PENGELLY is in the said Parish of Perranarworthal in the said County We do therefore require you the said Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Gwennap or some or one of you, to convey the said Catherine PENGELLY and Mary PENGELLY from and out of your said Parish of Gwennap to the said Parish of Perranarworthal and them to deliver to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or to some or one of them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy thereof, at the same time shewing to them the Original; and We do also require you the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Perranarworthal to receive and provide for them as inhabitants of your Parish.
