of Cornwall Widow
the sole Executrix named in the last Will and Testament
of John Evans
late of the parish of Paul aforesaid Servant
who died on or about the 28 day of January 1857
and made oath that the estate and effects of the said deceased , which he
any way died possessed of or entitled to within the DIOCESE OF EXETER
and for or in respect of which a Probate of the said Will is to be granted ,
exclusive of what the deceased may have been possessed of or entitled
to as a Trustee for any other person or persons, and not beneficially,
(A) but including the leasehold Estates for years of the deceased whether
absolute or determinable on Lives, and without deducting anything on account
of the Debts due and owing from the deceased, are under the Value of
two hundred Pounds to the best of the Deponents
knowledge, information and belief

I John Evans of the Parish of Paul in the County of Cornwall, By the Grace of
God in my right mind, And I do hereby make my Wife Mary Evans the sole
administrator and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, that I give to
my wife Mary Evans all my visible property and effects that is to say two houses
held on lease on two lives and now in the occupation of John Edmonds and John
Benny Also the house I now occupy held on lease on three lives, Also all my
household furniture, all moneys, my clothes to be disposed of as my wife thinks
best my wife paying all my funeral expenses, after buring me in a decent manner
– I declare this to be my last Will and Testament made this twenty ninth day of
September one thousand eight hundred and fifty six and I do hereby fix my hand
and seal this twenty ninth day of September in the presence of _________ The mark
of John Evans (seal)

Bishop of Exeter by the oath of Mary Evans the sole Executrix
