IN HER MAJESTIES COURT OF PROBATE
BE IT KNOWN that on the 14th day of March 1858 the last will and testament hereunto annexed of James Harris late of the Parish of Padstow in the County of Cornwall Gentleman deceased who died on or about the 26th January 1858 at Padstow aforesaid within the said District of Bodmin attached to Her Majesties Court of Probate, and that the administration of all and singular the personal estate and effects of the said deceased, was granted by the aforesaid Court to Ann Harris the widow of the said deceased and sole executrix named in the will she having been first sworn well and faithfully to administer the same, by paying the just debts of the deceased and the legacies contained in the said will so far as shown thereunto bound by the law, and to exhibit a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the said estate and effects, and to render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law so to do given under the seal of office the day and year first above written.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTEMENT OF I JAMES HARRIS of the town of Padstow in the County of Cornwall Gentleman First I give decree and bequeath to my beloved wife Ann Harris and her heirs and assigns the freehold house and premises situate in the New Street in the town of Padstow aforesaid now in my possession and occupation .All the rest residue and remainder of the property I die possessed of whatever nature or kind soever I give devise and bequeath the same to my said wife Ann Harris whom I hereby constitute and appoint executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me heretofore made in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal at Padstow this 24th day of September 1846

Signed sealed published and released for and as being the last will and testament of James Harris in presence of us who in presence of each other at the request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

In the goods of James Harris deceased.
I Nathanial Oliver of the Parish of Padstow in the County of Cornwall Gentleman make oath that I am one of the subscribing witness to the last will and testament of the said James Harris late of the Parish of Padstow aforesaid Gentleman deceased the said will now being now hereunto annexed bearing date the 24th day of September 1846 and that the said Testator executed the said Will on the date of signing his name at the foot or end thereof as the same now appears thereon in the presence of me and William Kent Peter the other subscribed witness thereto both of us being present at the same time and we thereupon attested and subscribed the said will in the presence of the said testator
