THIS IS THE FINAL AGREEMENT MADE IN THE court of Our
Sovereign Lord King at Westminster In the writs of the
Holy Trinity in the 8th year of the reign of George the
4th by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great
Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith before
William Draper Best James Allan Part James Burrough and
Stephan Gaslow Justices And afterwards from the day of
the Holy Trinity in thru writs in the 9th year of the
reign of King George the 3rd allowed and ? before the
same Justices four Lord King and others then and there
present Between Ann Warne Wo. Plt. And William Hambly
and Catherine his wife Defendants of one messuage two
outhouses one passage and right to a well in an
adjoining curtlage with appurtenances in the Town and
within the Parish of Padstow
Whereupon a Alias of Covenant was summoned between them
in the same Court (that is to say) that the aforesaid
William and Catherine had acknowledged the aforesaid
Tenements passage and right with the appurtenants to be
the right of her the said Ann As those which the said
Ann hath the gift of the aforesaid William and Catherine
and those they have remised and quit claimed from them
the said William and Catherine and their heirs to the
aforesaid Ann and her heirs for ever And moreover the
said William and Catherine have granted for them and the
heirs of the said William that they will warrant to the
aforesaid Ann her heirs the aforesaid Tenements passage
and right with the appurtenances against them the said
William and Catherine the heirs of the said William for
ever and for this acknowledgement remise quit claim
warranty fine agreement the said Ann hath given to the
aforesaid William and Catherine £60 sterling
