Padstow Aug 29th 1840

Gentlemen,
In our correspondence in the month of June you state that the Mr. Dunstan absent from England prevented anything being done towards a settlement of the affairs of the late Mrs Eliz Peter He is now arrived back and is at present staying at Porthcothan near this place. I presume he is anxious to have the business conveyed and ended and will be ? as well as myself to meat the parties for that purpose or to come to some arrangement that it may be brought to a close. As Mr. Hoblyn is I am told at Plymouth and a meeting might be had in a few days and if you would get a day appointed I will attend or adopt my other counsel that you may ?. Writing in favour of a reply
