Will of William Rowe, dated 23 June
1748
June the 23 the 1748
I William Rowe of Trevennow within the parish of St Nyot and County of
Cornwall do mak and ordain this my last Will and Testement in manner and
form followen First I Bequay my soall into the Hands of Allmitey God
that Gave it and my Body to be Bured in Christin Burell accorden to the
discresion of my Execeter hear after to be menshened
Item I Give to George Rowe the sum of five Pounds to be paid in on year
after my Deseas.
Item I Give to Thomas Rowe and Joan Rowe Son and Dafter to George Rowe
Ten Pounds a peas if they shall arrive to the age of on and Twenty.
Item I Give to Marey Rowe Twenty Shillings
Item I Give to John Rundell Twenty Shillings
Item I Give to John Rowe Twenty Shillings
Item I Give to all my Sarvants five Shillins a Peas. All the rest of my
Goods and Lands and Chatells I give to my wife Julian Rowe upon
Condition that she shall pay all my Dets and Legcys & make her my hole
and soal Execter of this my last Will and Testement

the above named William Rowe. Examined and Compared with the Original

Common Forme the 30th day of Sep’r 1748. Before the Rev’d Mr William

Official er. and admon of the Goods er. of the said Deeed and of all
things howsoever Concerning the Said Will was Granted unto the Exceutrix
therein named Being first Sworn er. saveing er.
