This Indenture made the 21st day of July { ? } One thousand Eight hundred and forty nine Between Richard Retallick of the Borough of Liskeard in the County of Cornwall Clockmaker Henry Edgecumbe of Liskeard aforesaid { ? } Thomas Moon of Liskeard aforesaid Tailor Jonathan Rundle of {S? } in the parish of Saint { ? } in the said County Yeoman William Hancock of the parish of Warleggon in the said County Cordwainer William Daniel of the parish off Saint Cleer in the said County of the first part and Daniel Mutton of Saint Cleer aforesaid Yeoman Peter Gerry of Saint Neot Yeoman John Lobb of Saint Neot Yeoman Thomas Mallett of Saint Neot Yeoman William Langsford of Saint Neot Mason William Bawden of Saint Neot Yeoman John Harris of saint Neot Miner William Keast of Saint Neot Miner {__?_} of the other or second part Whereas the said { ? } of the first part being possessed of { ? } And sufficiently entitled to the { ? } parcel of Land and Premises hereinafter described and assigned with the appurtenances for the }__?__} of one thousand { ? } and { ? } of and in the {said?} {premises?} by a {certain?} Indenture {?ing date the thirteenth day of { ? } One thousand eight hundred and thirty { ? } contracted with the said parties { ? } of the other or second part for the Sale to them of this piece or parcel of Land and premises {for?} the remainder of the said Sum of one thousand {years?} {therein?} {free?} from all incumbrances You this Indenture witnesseth that in pursuance of the said Agreement and {in?} consideration of the sum of Forty Seven pounds Sterling to the said parties hereto of the first part in hand paid by the said parties hereto of the other or second part the Receipt of which said sum of Fortyseven pounds in { ? } for the absolute purchase of the said piece or parcel of Land and premises the said parties hereto of the first part do hereby acknowledge and from the same doth hereby aquit release and discharge the said parties hereto of the other or second part and each of them their Executors administrators and assigns They the said Richard Retallick, Henry Edgecumbe, Thomas Moon, Jonathan Rundle, William Hancock, and William Daniel do and each and every of them doth grant bargain Sell assign {Loans?} for and set over unto the said Daniel Mutton, Peter Gerry, John Lobb, Thomas Mallett, William Langsford, William Bawden John Harris and William Keast {a?} their executors administrators and assigns All that piece or parcel of Land being part of a Garden or Orchard situate in Ley in the said parish of Saint Neot containing { ? } Yards of Land Customary measure {and?on} which the said parties hereto of the first part have lately erected and built a Chapel or Meetinghouse or place of Worship Together with all the ways easements and appurtenances to the same belonging and all the {Estate?} and interest of them the said Richard Retallick, Henry Edgecumbe, Thomas Moon, Jonathan Rundle, William Hancock and William Daniel therein To have and to hold the said piece or parcel of Land, Chapel and other premises hereinafter described and hereby assigned or intended {?so to be?} with { ? } appurtenances unto the said Daniel Mutton, Peter Gerry, John Lobb, Thomas Mallett, William Langsford, William Bawden, John Harris and William Keast their executors administrators and assigns henceforth for and during all the rest residue and remainder now to { ? } and {unexpired?} of the Said Term of One thousand Years {?ateds?} as aforesaid and all other the { ? } estate and interest of the said parties hereto of the first part and each of them in { ? } that in as { ? } ample and beneficial a manner to all intents and purposes as they the said parties {thereto?} of the first part could or might have had held or enjoyed the same in case these presents had not {been?} made And each of {them?} said parties {unto?} of the first part for himself his { ? } executors and administrators doth covenant promise and agree with { ? } to the said parties hereto of the other or second part by these presents in {manner?} following, that is to say that { ? } said parties hereto of the first part {may?} have in themselves good right { ? } { ? } and lawful and absolute authority to grant and assign the { ? } premises in manner aforesaid. And also that it shall be lawful for the said parties hereto of the other or second part their executors administrators and assigns immediately after the {execution?} of these presents and at all {times?} hereafter during the said term of One thousand Years to enter {into?} and upon have hold and enjoy the said Chapel and premises {hereby?} assigned and to receive and {__?_} and profits {__?_} any suit {trouble?} { ??} interruption or disturbance of { ? } the said parties {hereto?} of the first part their executors administrators or any person or persons whomsoever And further that they the said parties thereto of the first part their executors and administrators and all and every other person and persons whomsoever having or claiming and Estate Sale or interest at Law + ? } in equity of in or to the said Chapel and premises or any part thereof will at all times hereafter during the said Term of One thousand Years upon { ? } request and at the costs and charges of the said parties hereto of the other or second part their executors administrators and assigns make do and execute or cause and procure to {be?} made done and executed all and {every?} such further assurances for the {??} {assuring??} the said Chapel and premises hereinbefore assigned or intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said parties hereto of the other or second part their executors administrators and assigns for all the {resid??} which shall be then unexpired of the said term of one thousand years {thereon?} as by the said parties hereto of the second or other part their executors, administrators or assigns or their or his Counsel in the Law shall be {?__ably?} devised or advised and required In witness whereof of the parties aforesaid to these presents, being first duly stamped , their hands and seals have hereunto set the day and year first above written.
