Know all men By these presents that we William Turner
of the parish of Poundstock in the County of Cornwall
and Edmund Turner of the parish of Treneglos and County
aforesaid are held and firmly bound to Laurence Cholwell
and Richard Ham Church wardens of the Parish of
Morwinstow in the sd County and John Shearme of Cory
and Richard Gibbons overseers of the poor of the same
parish in Twenty Pounds Lawfull money of Great Brittain
to be paid to the said Church Wardens and overseers
their successors or assigns, the which payment well and
Truly to be made and paid we [wee] Bind our Selves and
every of us jointly [joyntly] and severally our heirs
Executors and administrators and Each of them firmly by
these presents, Sealed with our Seals dated the
thirtieth day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand seven hundred forty six.
