A.No.2 KNOW ALL MEN THAT WE Alfred Montgomery and Charles Keith Falconer Esquires Two of the Commissioners acting in the Exemption of the several Acts for the Redemption of Land Tax, do hereby certify that we have contracted and agreed with William Randall of Trewint St Minver in the County of Cornwall for the Redemption by him of £5 0 2½ d. Land Tax, being the Land Tax charged upon 4 fields of Land and Premises situate in the Parish of Saint Minver in the County of Cornwall called or known by the name of Deer Parks containing 7a. 1r. 27p Nos. on the Tithe Map 1739 1740 1741 1742 adjoining Lands belonging to Mt Stephens on the North East and West and the South by Land belonging to the aforesaid William Randall which said Premises are assessed in the Assessment made for the said Parish of Saint Minver in the Division of Trigg in the County of Cornwall for the year 1879 as follows, videlicet
The Consideration is declared to be
so much of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid to
the Receiving Officer, or his Deputy for the said County
of Cornwall as will be sufficient for the Redemption of
the said Land Tax on the 19th day of June next according
to the Price of Stock, to be transmitted to the said
Receiving Officer in the Second Week subsequent to the
date hereof, and conformably to the Table in the
Schedule to the Act of the 42nd Geo, 111 Cap. 116, and
other Acts in force at the time of passing the Act of
the 53rd Geo. 111 Cap. 123, and the Rules and Directions
