I do hereby acknowledge to have taken, and do hereby agree to take of the Rev William Sandys for the Term of 5 years to commence from Midsummer day next ensuing, the Great Tithes of the farms and tenements contained in that part or Division of the Parish of St Minver called the Lowlands at and for the yearly rent or sum of £150 of lawful money of Great Britain free and clear of all rates and taxes and outgoings whatsoever, Parochial or Parliamentary, and likewise to pay the third of the Land Tax charged on the Rectoral Tithe of the said Parish and likewise to pay the said sum or yearly rent of the £150 and the third of the said Land Tax by 2 equal payments to me made at Christmas and Lady Day during the said Term, The First Payment to be made at Christmas 1805. Signed and agreed on the part, and by procusation of my Husband William Mably of Cant in the Parish of St Minver this 10th day of January 1805
