Will of Michell Boddy dated 29 October 1692

In the name of God Amen I Michell Boddy of ye pish of St Mewan being sick in
body but of perfect sence and mimmory blessed be God do make my last will and
Testament Revoking and disannulling all other wills by me heretofore made in form
as followeth
first I Give and bequeath my soule to Allmighty God that Gave it in full Asurance
of his mercy in ye pardon and forgiveness of my sins and my body to the grownd
from whence it was taken to be decently and Christianly buried According to the
discretion of my Executor hereafter named
Inprimus I give to my Grandaughter Joan Boddy forty shilling to be paide by my Executors when she
shall Aciev to ye age of on and twenty years
Item I give to my Grandaughter Margaret Body forty shillings to be paide by my Executors
when she shall Aciev to ye age of on and twenty years
Item I give to Margaret ye daughter of Petter Body forty shillings to be pd as Above saide
Item I give to Edward ye son of Edward Body forty shillings to be pd as Above said
Item I give to Susan Body forty shillings to be paide by my Executor as Above saide
Item I give to Bridgett Body forty shillings to be paide as Above saide
Item I give to my son William Body Five pounds a yeare to be paide by my Executors yeare
by yeare during the Term and time of the state of Trelowth and the house that
he formerly lived in to be his freely during the estate and halfe Jorny? of Cuxss?
in ye Common more Every yeare
Item I give to my son Edward Body the house and all househorold Goods where I now dwelleth after
the deseace of his Mother and to make use of the same during her time if need require in the
meane time any All the pollyvares Ground with it proportionable Interest in ye Common

Item I give to my son Peter Body the Estate of porswingrun in ye psh of Gorran to be
his during the Tourm After the desease of me and my wife
Item I give to my deare and Ever loving wife Margott Boddy the Estate of purswingoran
in Gorran psh and ye house where we now liveth and three pounds a yeare to be paide
by my Executors during her life
Item I give to my Grandsons Michall Body and John Body All other Goods and Chatells
whatsoever not before menshoned and Do make them Joynt Executors in payin my
Leagusies and other things due from me to ye worth And I give my soninlaw Lowos
wife to be their Guardian and to see they may not be Abused before they Comminge
and if Either of them hapen to dy before he Comos in age the other shall enjoy
the whole In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this
29th day of October 1692
