This is the last Will and Testament of me Peter Body
of the
Parish of Saint Mewan in the County of Cornwall Yeoman I will that
my debts and funeral expences be paid I give and bequeath unto my dearly
beloved Wife Anna leasehold interest in my freehold tenement of Kerres
in the Parish of Withiel in the said County and in my freehold tenement of
Trelowes in the said Parish of Saint Mewan To hold to her and her assigns
for the term of forty years if she shall so long live and remain my Widow
subject
to the payment of five shillings yearly and every year during her Widowhood to
my
Daughter Jane the Wife of Alexander Stephens her heirs and assigns
I give and
devise to and to the use of my said Daughter Jane her heirs and assigns forever
the beforementioned freehold tenements of Kerres and Trelowith subject to the
leasehold
interest herein before bequeathed to my said Wife. All the rest residue
and remainder of my goods and chattels rights and credits ready money personal
estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my said
Wife to be freely enjoyed by her during her Widowhood only and from and
immediately
after her decease or second marriage I give and bequeath what shall then remain
of
my said residuary estate to my said daughter Jane as and for her own
proper goods
and chattels And I constitute and appoint my said wife Executrix of this my Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifteenth day of
June
one thousand and eight hundred and twenty seven.

declared by the said Peter Body
the Testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence
of us who at his request in his presence, and in presence of each
other have subscribed our names as witness thereto |
