The Will of Richard Kelly,  proved 20 November 1856

Know all men by these presents that I Rd Kelly of the Parish of Menheniott Husbandman do give and bequeath unto my Dr Wife Mary Kelly all my Interest in the Annual income I derive from Bodway Estate viz £6 Pr year and out of this £6 Pr year she is to pay to my Daughter Jane Mathews £1 Pr year and to my Daughter Catherine Searle £1 Pr year out of the above 6 while she lives and while the lives on the estate lasts and after her decease my two above named Daughters to have the £6 equally divided between them and I also give and bequeath to my wife all my Household goods to be enjoyed by her while she lives and at her decease I bequeath unto William Mathews youngest son my watch and unto Edward Searles youngest Daughter my Clock and if my wife is agreeable to leave the rest of the goods to my Children Jane Mathews and Catherine Searle well and good if not the being the executor may dispose of it as she thinks proper.
