The Will of Nicholas Webb, dated 28 May 1748

I Nicholas Webb of the parish of Marhamchurch in the County of Cornwall Husbandman Being weak of Body but of Sound and perfect memory Blessed be God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following.
First I Bequeath my Soul into the Hand of Almighty God my Maker & redeemer and my Body to be Buried in Christian Burial at the Discretion of my Exectrex heareafter Nominated and as touching those Goods Chattels and Credits which God hath Endowed me with.
I dispose as followeth.
Item I Give unto my Daughter Mary Lark five Pounds to be paid in Twenty Shillings ye year after my Desese Early.
Item I Give to my Daughter Jane Web five Pounds to be paid in Twenty Shillings ye year after my desese Early.
Item all the Rest of my Goods and Creditts whatsoever not Given nor Bequeathed I Give and Bequeath to my Lovin wife Jane Webb whome I do make my whole and Sole Executrex Revoking all other former Wills.
In Witness whereof I have put my Hand and Seal this Twenty Eight day of May 1748.

day of Sep.r 1748 Before the Revd Dr Jonathan Baron
Clk Master of Arts Surrogate etc. and Admion of the

Concerning the said Will was Granted to the Executrix
Therein Named being first Sworn etc Saveing etc.
