The Will of Robert Millett the elder, dated 3 May 1802

This is the last will and testament of me Robert Millett the elder of the town of Marazion in the County of Cornwall, gentleman. First I will and direct that all the just debts that I shall owe at the time of my decease, my funeral expenses and the costs and charges of proving this my will be fully paid and satisfied. Also I give and bequeath unto my sons Leonard Millet, Robert Millett the younger, and John Millett, one guinea each to be paid them by my executrix hereinafter named at the end of twelve months next after my death. All the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects of what nature or kind soever both real and personal and wheresoever situate lying and being I give devise and bequeath the same unto my daughter Anna Millett spinster, her heirs executors administrators and assigns for ever to and for her and their own use and benefit. And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said daughter Anna Millett whole and sole executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former or other wills by me at any time herebefore made. In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament subscribed and set my hand and seal this third day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and two 1802.
Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Robert Millett the elder as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto.

The before written will of the before named Robert Millett Senr, tallow chandler, dece’d was proved in common form 17th February 1810 before Humphry Williams clerk commissioner & so forth and administration of all and singular the goods of the said deceased or any way concerning the said will was, and is, granted to Anna Millett the daughter of the said dec’d and sole executrix named in the said will.
