IN HIS MAJESTIES HIGH COURT OF JUSTICE
The district probate registry at Bodmin

BE IT KNOWN that Ernest Pomeroy Peter-Hoblyn of Colquite in the Parish of Saint Mabyn in the County of Cornwall Gentleman who at the time of his death had a fixed place of abode at Colquite aforesaid within the District of the County of Cornwall died on the 27th day of October 1900 at Colquite aforesaid a Batchelor without Father and intestate.
AND BE IT FURTHER KNOWN that at the date hereunder written Letters of Administration of all the estate which by law devolves to and vests in the personal representative of the said intestate were granted by His Majesty’s High Court of Justice at the District Probate Registry thereof at Bodmin to Emily Glencross widow the natural and lawful mother and only next of kin and Henry Godolphin Peter-Hoblyn the Heir at law of the said intestate.
And it is hereby certified that an Affidavit for Inland Revenue has been delivered wherein it is shown the gross value of the Personal Estate of the said deceased within the United Kingdom (exclusive of what the said deceased may have been possessed of or entitled to as a Trustee and not beneficially) amounts to £18,724 3 0 and it appears by a receipt signed by an Inland Revenue Officer on the said Affidavit that £694 7 1 for state duty and interest thereon has been paid, the duty being charged at the rate of 4%
